When on Wednesday I received the scales referred to in your despatch message below, they did not work. On Thursday morning, I phoned you and got straight through to a very helpful lady who reviewed the issue with me and immediately organised for a replacement to be shipped out and the original consignment to be collected. This morning (Friday), a ParcelForce agent arrived with the new package and collected the old one. The replacement scales are fine.
